About Us

Halee Tymon, M.Ed, BCBA, is the passionate founder of Flourish Behavior & Learning. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, specializing in child and adolescent development, and a Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education with a focus on applied behavior analysis, Halee combines her deep expertise in human behavior and learning with a heart for helping others thrive.  

Before earning her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, Halee honed her skills over nearly four years as a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). During that time, she applied evidence-based interventions to support individuals with diverse behavioral needs, laying the foundation for her practice's mission of compassionate and effective care.  

Halee’s journey to becoming a BCBA wasn’t without challenges. As a multiple-time test taker, she understands firsthand the struggle of grappling with complex material and the frustration of feeling stuck. Through perseverance, she discovered effective strategies and methods for understanding and connecting the concepts, which now form the cornerstone of her approach to tutoring.

Her goal is to empower students and professionals alike, helping them flourish in their personal growth, education, and careers.
